What we collect, and why
We collect only what you send us, and we use it only to answer you.
The enquiry form
When you send the form, we receive what you typed: your name, email, company or shop name, country, WhatsApp number if you gave one, your answers to the choice questions and your message. We also receive the page you sent it from, how you first reached the site (for example a search engine, an AI assistant or a campaign link) and the country your connection comes from.
The form goes to our sales team's chat and to our order system, where we keep it as an enquiry. We use it to answer you and to follow up on that enquiry.
WhatsApp links
When you click a WhatsApp link on this site, we record that a click happened, on which page, how you first reached the site and the country your connection comes from. The record has no name or number in it. It carries a short code that also appears in the prefilled WhatsApp message, so we can tell which visit a chat came from. After that, your conversation happens in WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms.
No tracking cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. The fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address the way any web server does. Your browser keeps a small note of how you first arrived (session storage), and clears it when you close the tab.
To match a form and a WhatsApp click from the same visit, our server makes a one-way code from your connection details and the date. It cannot be turned back into your details and changes every day.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside our own team, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
